How to Submit An Application
The Department of Immunology may hire Sessional Lecturers to deliver some of its courses. Specific courses will be posted at the bottom of this page and on our bulletin board at 1 King’s College Circle, Medical Sciences Building, Room 7207.
To be considered for a position, an Application Form and CV must be submitted to:

Please note: The Department of Immunology, University of Toronto strongly prefers electronic submission of application materials, including CVs.

To the extent possible, the department shall announce positions to be filled in accordance with the following timelines:
- On or before June 30th for course(s) commencing in September:
- On or before October 24th for course(s) commencing in January; and
- On or before March 5th for all course(s) in the Summer academic session.
Unexpected vacancies may arise at any time.
Applications will be retained for twelve (12) months. Persons who submit applications and CVs will receive emailed job postings for specific positions for the subsequent twelve (12) months.
This notice is posted pursuant to the CUPE Local 3902 Unit 3 Collective Agreement. Please note that in accordance with that agreement, preference in hiring is given to qualified persons.

How to submit an application
To be considered for a position, applicants must submit the CUPE application form as well as their CV of no more than 3 pages, by email, to the Department of Immunology, UofT email@example.com
We expect to make decisions concerning Fall, Winter and Spring courses by mid-July and Summer courses by March. However, some decisions may be made earlier or later, depending on circumstances. Unexpected vacancies may arise at any time.
Applications will be retained for twenty-four (24) months. Persons who submit applications and CV’s will receive emailed job postings for specified positions for the subsequent twenty-four (24) month period.
